The purpose of this Regulation is to set out the supervisory requirements on the recovery plans of banks and banking groups, regarding: the content of recovery plans and simplified recovery plans, the way and timeframe of their submission and update; the minimum framework of qualitative and quantitative indicators, which are included in the recovery plans; the minimum criteria on which the assessment of recovery plans by the Bank of Albania is carried out.
