Regulation 1/2013 ''On licensing, exercise of activity, revocation of the licence and liquidation of credit portfolio created from the financial activity of non-bank financial institutions'', integrated version

This Regulation lays down the conditions, requirements, time frame, documentation and procedures on: a) licensing of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions to carry out financial activities in the Republic of Albania; b) granting prior approval during the exercise of the activity of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions; c) obligation to notify the Bank of Albania during the execution of the activity of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions; d) license revocation of non-bank financial institutions to carry out financial activity in the Republic of Albania; and e) liquidation of credit portfolio created from the exercise of the financial activity pursuant to the license granted to the non-bank financial institution.
