Financial Stability Report - 2017 H2

This is the 19^th issue of Bank of Albania’s Financial Stability Report, which is published half-yearly. The purpose of this Report is to identify and assess risks to the financial system and its infrastructure, in order to provide the public authorities with the possibility to identify the relevant measures for adjustments, as necessary. The Financial Stability Statement, whose half-yearly release is a legal requirement, prefaces the Report.
